I provide both outpatient psychiatric care and supportive psychotherapy, helping children and adolescents develop emotional regulation, social skills, and overcome psychological difficulties. My approach is holistic, empathetic, and individually tailored, emphasizing the importance of family and environment in a child’s psychological development. I work with both psychotherapeutic and pharmacological methods to ensure effective and comprehensive support.
I work with the full spectrum of child and adolescent psychiatry, including:

I am also a participant in the Adolescent Acute Psychological Rehabilitation Program (PAPRP), helping young people with acute emotional and mental difficulties.
I serve as co-chair in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry working group of the European Federation of Psychiatric Trainees, fostering international collaboration and educational development in the field of child psychiatry. I write about child and adolescent mental health, development, and related topics. During my time at the Adolescent Resource Center as a mentor, I supported young people in developing emotional stability and understanding of mental health.
