Diagnoses and treats diseases of the glands of internal secretion (thyroid, pituitary gland, adrenals, pancreas, ovaries, testicles), diseases caused by metabolic regulation disorders (diabetes mellitus, obesity) or other changes in the endocrine system. Of increased interest in the endocrine aspects of infertility, changes in sex hormones.

She graduated from the ultrasonography course organized by the Latvian Association of Ultrasonographers, therefore she specializes in the evaluation of thyroid nodules and the diagnosis and treatment of other thyroid diseases.

Regularly improves knowledge at Latvian and foreign congresses and courses. In addition, she has completed internships in university clinics in Austria and Germany.
