Medon is available regardless of your location, as consultations take place online. All you need is a stable Internet connection and a device (computer or smartphone) from which to contact a doctor or medical specialist.

You can receive a remote consultation with a doctor — including the explanation and discussion of any attached test or examination results — along with an e-statement. If needed, you can also receive an e-referral and request the closure of your sick leave note.
