Aija Kraskura

A certified psychiatrist and physician-psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience in psychiatry and psychotherapy, supported by a background in internal medicine and endocrinology. Practicing in an inpatient psychiatric setting, rehabilitation team, and private practice, she is a member of the Latvian Medical Association, the Associations of Psychotherapists and Psychiatrists of Latvia, and the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society. In her practice, she applies an individualized approach to every patient, thoroughly evaluating symptoms, root causes, and complaint characteristics to establish an accurate diagnosis and select the optimal treatment strategy.

The psychiatrist and psychotherapist provides consultations on (adults):

• Anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep disturbances, and mood disorders
• Psychosomatic conditions and body-mind interaction challenges
• Psychotherapeutic guidance and pharmacotherapy management (when clinically indicated)
• Emotional crises, personality, and adjustment disorders

Psychotherapy consultations are scheduled once a week at a fixed time. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 1 week in advance. Otherwise, the consultation fee will not be waived.
