In her practice, she uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, helping clients navigate challenging periods of life, feelings of helplessness, and patterns of thinking that may feel difficult to break. She works with crises and trauma using the EMDR method.
She creates a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can become more aware of their inner resources, restore a sense of calm, and gradually build greater stability. Her approach is individualised to each client, with careful assessment of symptoms, their underlying factors, and the nature of the concerns presented, in order to develop an appropriate course of action and select the most suitable psychological support strategy.
