Clinical and health psychologist. I provide individual consultations and psycho-emotional support for adults aged 18 and over, both in challenging life situations and during periods of change. I help individuals become aware of and understand both their obstacles and their resources, so that step by step they can build inner balance and stability. In my work, I use methods from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, which help to better understand oneself and implement real changes in life.
Our mind is the result of deep unconscious processes and infinitely complex patterns that can be both fascinating and overwhelming. Each connection in this system is linked to the next, ultimately forming what we call the “Self”.
Each of us experiences moments in life when it feels like there is no solution. When the mind circles around the same thoughts, yet clarity does not emerge. In such moments, it is important not to remain alone — we or our loved ones are not always able to provide the necessary support. It is worth having the courage to seek help before exhaustion and helplessness take over.
I see my work as an opportunity to build close and healing relationships where it is safe to see oneself from a different perspective, find support, and gradually develop inner security. The goal is not to become someone else, but to truly hear yourself and live a more fulfilling life.
If you feel that it is time to take care of yourself — I am here to help.
