An investment in your health and well-being

Once you have completed the registration process, you can schedule an appointment with the preferred doctor or medical specialist and have the consultation at your convenience by using Medon's secure video call function. After the consultation, the doctor or medical specialist will inform you about the next steps.
All you need is a device with a camera and an internet connection. It can be a laptop, a smartphone, or even a desktop computer with a web camera attached to your monitor.
After making an appointment and paying the prepayment, fill in the necessary information about yourself (complaints, medicines taken, allergies, etc.) and attach the medical documents available (medical records, results of previous examinations, blood test results, etc.). On the day and time of your appointment, go to your Medon profile and contact your doctor via video call.
Medon's solution is visit prepayment — payment must be made immediately after choosing the appointment time —, and it is not possible to confirm the visit without prepayment. If you cancel the visit more than 24 hours before it starts, the visit fee will be refunded. Program payment is made in installments before each consultation, applying a proportional share of the total discount to each payment.
