During the consultation, the doctor evaluates the patient's health status, medical history, and test results to assess anesthesia safety, mitigate potential risks, and develop a personalized anesthesia plan. She is an active member of the Latvian Society of Anaesthesiologists and Reanimatologists (LARA) and the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC), incorporating the latest international guidelines into her practice.

• Preparation for elective surgery or diagnostic procedures under general anesthesia
• Selection of anesthesia type and risk evaluation
• Necessary additional workup and preparation for patients with chronic conditions

Preparing for your visit (for adult patients aged 18+): Please prepare the following documents and test results in advance (blood/urine tests are valid for 2 weeks):

• Laboratory tests: Blood type, Rh factor, and antibodies; complete blood count; coagulation panel; urinalysis; biochemistry (Urea, Creatinine, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, K, Na, Glucose).
• Diagnostics: ECG (valid for 6 months); Chest X-ray or CT (valid for 1 year).
• Medical records: List of current medications (names, dosages) and specialist reports regarding chronic conditions or prior surgeries.

Pediatric patients: Please complete any pre-assigned tests prior to the visit; additional examinations may be recommended during the consultation.
