He advises patients before any type of surgery. The doctor develops a personalised anaesthetic plan, including a plan to optimise medication before anaesthesia and surgery. Refers for additional examinations, tests and other specialists if necessary to ensure safe and effective patient preparation for anaesthesia and surgery.

Member of the Latvian Association of Anaesthesiologists and Reanimatologists and the European Association of Anaesthesiologists and Intensive Care.
