Pain Medicine Specialist (Algologist)
Consults patients with acute and chronic pain, including back, neck, joint, neuropathic, post-traumatic and other types of pain. Assesses symptoms, orders additional examinations when necessary, and develops an individualized pain management plan that may include medication, rehabilitation, or interventional procedures.
Anesthesiologist-Resuscitation Specialist
Ensures the safe performance of minimally invasive, targeted pain management procedures and nerve blocks. Consults with and prepares patients for procedures, assessing their overall health status, current medications, and potential risks.
