Work with a client begins with a conversation, during which I explore the client’s current concerns and difficulties, while also paying attention to physical symptoms. It is important to me that every client feels heard and safe during the conversation. During the consultation, I carry out an assessment based on the information obtained and, if necessary, develop a plan for additional examinations.
In developing a treatment plan, I actively involve the client, explaining the rationale behind the chosen treatment methods and their necessity, taking into account each individual situation. Therapy does not always mean medication; however, in many cases, the use of medication can be an important step toward improved well-being and a more stable therapeutic outcome.
I treat a wide range of mental health conditions in adults from the age of 18.
