Medon in partnership with the Association "ParSirdi.lv" invites you to a free consultation on the links between obesity, diabetes and heart health.
To log in, take the heart health test, view your results, click "Next activity" or select "Book a free consultation" activity.
Log in to your profile or register with Medon. Your test result will be available to you and your doctor at your consultation.
Find out your risk of cardiovascular disease, plus additional information and useful materials.
Once you've read the test results and additional materials, go to Next activityto book a free consultation with a cardiologist, nutritionist or psychologist.
After completing the heart health test, review your results, click "Next activity", select the "Book a free consultation" activity and fill in the required information.
After receiving your application, we will contact you to arrange a specific time for the consultation. Please note that the number of free appointments is limited, so we may not be able to offer a consultation to everyone.
Go to the Medon platform a few minutes before the appointment time and communicate with your doctor in a secure environment using our video call solution. The consultation will last up to 15 minutes.
During or after your visit, your Medon doctor will advise you on what to do next.
